Follow these steps to update your Gold365 account password securely.

Login to Your Gold365 Account First

Before changing your password, you need to be logged in. Go to gold365login.com.in/login/ and enter your current Gold365 ID and password. If you have forgotten your current password, recover it first to get a temporary one.

Just recovered your account? You should have a temporary password — use that to login now, then follow steps 2–4 to set your permanent personal password.

Go to Account Settings

Once logged in, find the Account Settings or My Profile section in your Gold365 dashboard. Look for the "Security", "Password", or "Change Password" option in the settings menu.

Enter Current and New Password

In the password change form: (1) Enter your current password in the first field, (2) Enter your new strong password in the second field, (3) Confirm the new password by entering it again in the third field. Tap "Save" or "Confirm".

New password must be different from your previous password and any password you use on other accounts. See the password strength guide below.

Confirm the Change and Logout / Back In

After saving, you may be logged out automatically. Login again using your Gold365 ID and your new password to confirm the change was successful. Your new password is now active across all devices.

Save your new password immediately in a password manager app before closing the browser. Do not rely on memory alone — forgotten passwords require a full recovery process.

Change via WhatsApp If In-App Method Unavailable

If you cannot find password settings in the platform, contact the Gold365 WhatsApp support team directly. Request a password change, verify your identity via OTP, and choose a new password — done in under 2 minutes.
