How Verification Works

All Gold365 verification happens through WhatsApp with the support team. The agent verifies your identity using information only the legitimate account holder would know: registered mobile number, approximate registration date, and recent transaction amounts. No formal document upload portal exists for standard account verification.

Verification for Withdrawals

For large withdrawal requests, the Gold365 support team may ask you to confirm your UPI account details match those used in previous deposits, and may ask for the UTR reference of a recent deposit as a matching check. This is to ensure that withdrawals go to the correct account holder and prevent fraud.
