Gold365 Account Settings Guide

Your Gold365 account settings control your password, registered contact details, and notification preferences. Some settings can be changed directly within the platform after login, while others — particularly those involving registered phone number changes — require assistance from the WhatsApp support team for security purposes.

Settings You Can Change Yourself

  • Password — change your password in account settings after logging in. Recommended after first login and periodically thereafter.
  • Display preferences — some platform display and notification preferences are available in account settings after login
  • Betting preferences — default stake amounts and odds format (decimal/fractional) where available in settings

Settings That Require Support

  • Registered mobile number change — contact support on WhatsApp. Identity verification is required before a mobile number can be updated.
  • Username (Gold365 ID) change — not possible. Usernames are permanent.
  • UPI withdrawal account update — contact support for any change to your registered withdrawal bank/UPI details
  • Account closure — contact support on WhatsApp to close your account. Pending withdrawals are processed before closure.

How to Change Your Password

Go to Account SettingsFind the settings or profile section in your account dashboard

Select Change PasswordEnter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm

Save and confirmYour new password is active immediately. Use it for all future logins.
⚙ Settings tip: Change your password immediately after first login from the temporary password provided at registration. Keeping a strong, personal password is the single most effective account security measure.
