Does a Gold365 ID Expire?
Gold365 IDs do not expire in the traditional sense — your username is permanently reserved once created and does not get reassigned to another user. However, inactive accounts may have certain features restricted over time, and very long-term inactive accounts may require reactivation through support.

What Happens to an Inactive Account
If you have not logged into Gold365 for an extended period:
- Your username is preserved — no other user can take your ID
- Your account balance is retained — any remaining wallet balance is held safely
- Login credentials remain valid — your ID and password continue to work
- Reactivation may be required — for very long-term inactive accounts, contact support on WhatsApp to reactivate before logging in
Returning After a Long Absence
If you are returning to Gold365 after a long break — such as after a cricket off-season — simply try logging in normally at gold365login.com.in/login/. If login works, your account is active. If you encounter issues, contact support on WhatsApp and explain you are returning after an absence. The team reactivates dormant accounts quickly.
Before the IPL Season
Many Gold365 users return specifically for the IPL season after not using the platform during the off-season. This is completely normal. If you have not logged in since the previous IPL, try your usual credentials. If they no longer work, contact support — recovery and reactivation typically takes under 5 minutes.
